How can you have all your health-related questions at your fingertips?

With the HUK app "My Health."

The app "My Health" is your useful companion, offering practical features and up-to-date information:

<ul>
<li>Health portal - guide with health tips from A to Z</li>
<li>Traveling abroad - with information about travel destinations and quick support and assistance through HUK-COBURG's 24-hour contact line abroad</li>
<li>Premium Service Submitting bills - save time, paper, and postage. Easily and quickly submit your receipts and invoices to your health insurance - as a photo, for example, from your gallery or as a PDF</li>
<li>Premium Service Kaia Back Training - the digital market leader in multimodal therapy for the prevention and relief of chronic back pain</li>
<li>My contracts - easily see your health insurance contracts at a glance</li>
<li>Benefits settlement - keep track of your already reimbursed benefits</li>
<li>Benefits overview - easily and quickly inform yourself about the benefits of your health insurance</li>
</ul>

Future updates will expand the health app with additional services - so "My Health" will accompany you more and more in everyday life.

Important notes:

<ul>
<li>You need full health insurance or health insurance for civil servants entitled to assistance from HUK-COBURG to use the Premium Service "Kaia Back Training." The "Kaia Back Training" is also available to policyholders with the outpatient supplementary insurances AZpremium and AZplus. The use of the Premium Service is free and does not affect your health insurance with HUK-COBURG. To access the "24-hour contact" of HUK-COBURG abroad, you must have taken out health insurance with protection for treatments abroad at HUK-COBURG, for example, as part of foreign travel health insurance. More information can be found at www.HUK.de/gesundheit.</li>
<li>To use Premium Services and My Contracts, as the policyholder, you need online access to your personal service area "My HUK." If you do not have this yet, register once at www.HUK.de/register. After a few days, you will receive your Super-PIN by post, which you can use to activate your account. And then the services will be available to you after logging into the "My Health" app.</li>
</ul>

Especially when it comes to your health data, security is particularly important. That's why the app "My Health" complies with all legal data protection and security requirements:

<ul>
<li>Your data is always transmitted encrypted</li>
<li>The use of Premium Services is protected from unauthorized access by the access data of your personal service area "My HUK."</li>
<li>HUK-COBURG does not have access to the information and health data you provide.</li>
</ul>
